Locate govauctions for free, no lists to buy or membership fees. Lists and links are free, why pay $19.00 per month. The same auctions they will link you to can be found here. The upside to paying the $19.00 per month is that it gives them a captive audience to upsell e-books and cd tutorials.

All of the site links below are directly to the government agency making the property available or their auction host. While many gov agencies offer real estate by auction some entities such as Bankruptcy Trustee's also offer property for sale in a more traditional manner where you can expect a clear title and title insurance. The terms of the auction or sale will be outlined by the Trustee. If the real estate is not conveyed with clear title I would highly recommed a title search be performed. How to do this is outlined in my Tax Deed Research pages. You can also pay a title agency to conduct this for you and the price is minimal.
