The most common county government auctions are foreclosures, tax deeds and tax certificates. There are also opportunities to purchase from the "List of Lands Available for Taxes" and links to the information is provided in those counties where it is available.
The interactive map below provides auction information and property lists currently available from the individual counties online. In those few counties where county government auction lists and information is not found online, I have provided links to local newspapers where legal ads can be viewed.
Each of my county government auction pages offers a link to official records and offices for the county. There are still a few counties which do not have access via the internet for their counties official records. For those counties I have provided a link to MyFlorida so a non-image search can be conducted, but you will need to order records or visit the Clerk's office to view the records.
UPDATE: Recent changes in Florida Statute affecting which liens survive the issuance of tax deed and certificate of title. Tax deed, foreclosure, certificate investor need to know info.

Who Auctions What?
County Clerk of Circuit Courts Auctions-Tax Deeds, Foreclosures.
The Clerk of Courts also maintains the "List of Lands Available for Taxes" which is a list of tax deed properties which were auctioned within the last three years and received no bids and in most instances the certificate holder was the county.
County Tax Collector Auctions-Tax Certificates through the annual sale.
The County Tax Collector also maintains and sells county held tax certificates which have an annual interest rate of 18%.
You will find that a few counties, who host their annual tax certificate auction through Bid4Assets, to have an unoperational link for their tax certificate auction. The auction site is not available until the last week of April/1st week of May, depending upon the county and runs until the sale is completed.
In addition to Florida County Government Auctions for Tax Certificates, Tax Deeds and Foreclosures, there is opportunity to purchase from the List of Lands Available for Taxes in some smaller counties. These are commonly referred to as "over the counter" tax deeds. There is also opportunity to purchase escheated property from the Cities within a county. I have discussed this in great detail in my Tax Foreclosure Information "tax deed" area. Here is a link which can help you get started. What you seek in contacting the city is to find out the process for disposition of property, by the city.
